Not quite right? Don’t worry! You have 5 days (recieved) to return your item to us for an exchange.
Exchanged
1. Brand New items
If you recieved the wrong size, wrong color, or having major defects, you are eligable to request an exchanged with us.
The item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with the hangtag attached. If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead
2. Preloved items
If you got the wrong size & it doesnt fits you well, or having major defects like tear , hole & missing belts as per image in the online shop, you are eligable to request for an exchanged wth us.
The item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with the hangtag attached. We will exchanged with something similar that can fits into your size (measurement to be provided from you), it may have different design, style, color, material & price. Every exchanged items will be approved at your side. We do not simply exchanged jackets without your consent.
For both categories ; Brand new items & Preloved Items, Only 1 exchange is allow per purchase. We do not cover for return & resend shipping cost.
Refunds
1. Brand New Items
If you recieved the wrong size, wrong color, or having major defects and we unable to find the style & color that you opt for due to out of stock or time limitation, you are eligible to get total refunds (items + shipping cost) once you have returned the items back to us.
2. Preloved items
Since its preloved items, and the quantity for each items is only 1(one), there are possibility, that the items is already soldout (in store) when you bought it online (payment done). We will suggest some similar style, with the similar size for exchange and if you did not find the suggested jackets is suitable, we will proceed for the Refunds (Total items + shipping cost that you have paid for the previous order).
Other than this conditions, we are not allowed for Refunds.
Conditions that ARE NOT ALLOWED for exchanged or refunds;
1. Need to change color, because you think the other color will suits you.
2. Think that other style is better, you just want to change the style.
3. More than 5 days after you have recieved the items.
4. Items is damaged because you wash not according to the label preference.
Shipping Policy Template
-Shipping only available for domestic (malaysia). International shipping is currently not available
-Shipping cost will be differ based on the poscode, that will be auto- calculated by the system. Most of the time we are using poslaju, so shipping rate for 1 pcs items generally will cost around RM10 (peninsular) or RM15 for borneo. This cost is not fixed, this cost will be displayed to you before you proceed for payment.
- Shipping usually will takes around 1-5 days to reach to customer, depending on the area/poscode. Generally in peninsular it would take around 1-3 working days.
- Every order will take one (1) day of processing time. Orders that placed before 10 am will be shiped out at the same day. Any orders that placed after 10.00 am, will be shipped out the next working day.
Payment Policy
For all orders made from us, you can pay via manual payments, internet banking or with a valid credit or debit card. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders, For any issues regarding your payments, please feel free to reach out to our customer care consultant.
